Directorate Changes - Fee Confirmation 

Further to the announcement that Mr Simon Beresford-Wylie will cease to be a director of The Vitec Group plc on 1 December 2013 and in accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Mr Beresford-Wylie will receive his annual fee as a non-executive director of the Company of £40,000 per annum and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of £5,000 per annum up to the date of ceasing to be a director. No other payments will be made. He will therefore receive a fee of £3,750 in the last month of his serving as a director of the Company.
