Director Change - Carolyn Fairbairn - Fee Confirmation
Further to the announcement made on 6 August 2015 that Carolyn Fairbairn will cease to be a director of The Vitec Group plc (the "Company") on 31 October 2015 and in accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Carolyn Fairbairn will receive her annual fee as a non-executive director of the Company of £42,025 per annum and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of £9,000 per annum up to the date of ceasing to be a director of the Company. No other payments will be made. Carolyn Fairbairn will therefore receive a total fee of £12,756 for the period from 1 August to 31 October 2015.
