New directorship held in another publicly quoted company
In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), the Company has been informed that Carolyn Fairbairn, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group with effect from 1 June 2012.
