Vitec received the attached notice in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that Canaccord Genuity Group Inc has a notifiable interest in the voting rights of 2,269,923 ordinary shares of 20p each in Vitec, representing 4.9786% of Vitec's issued ordinary share capital.
