In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") has been informed that Erika Schraner, who will become an independent non-executive director of the Company on 1 May 2022, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of HgCapital Trust plc with effect from 1 August 2022.
