Results of Annual General Meeting 2013
The Vitec Group plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting dated 18 March 2013 were passed on a show of hands. The proxy votes relating to each of the resolutions will be published on the Company's website shortly.
In accordance with LR 9.6.2 a copy of the resolutions passed under special business at today's Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
