The Vitec Group PLC10 April 2007 The Vitec Group plc announces that an application has been made to the LondonStock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official Listof a block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 20p each. These shares, whichrank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allottedfrom time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the VitecGroup 2002 Unapproved Share Option Plan.
