Vesting of Restricted Share Award

Vesuvius plc (the "Company") announces that the second tranche of the Restricted Share Award made to Mr Guy Young, following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, vested on 1 November 2017. Of the 8,557 Vesuvius plc Ordinary Shares of 10 pence ("Shares") which vested, 4,031 Shares were sold to cover tax and national insurance contributions and 4,526 Shares were transferred to Mr. Young.
