Completion of the acquisition of CCPI Inc

Vesuvius plc, a global leader in molten metal flow engineering and technology, announces that further to the announcement on 28 February 2019, it has completed the acquisition of CCPI Inc, a specialty refractory producer focused on tundish (steel continuous casting) applications and aluminium.
