BOARD CHANGES AND NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Board Changes
Elizabeth Passey and Clive Peggram have both served on the Board since the launch of the Company and are thus in their ninth year as directors. In line with best practice in corporate governance relating to tenure they have advised the Company of their intention not to stand for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on Friday, 23 June 2023.

Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Annual Report & Accounts
The Company announces that it will shortly publish its Notice of Meeting for the 2023 AGM. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, such document will be submitted to the national storage mechanism and will be made available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Printed copies of this document will be sent to shareholders on 31 May 2023 and a copy is also available to view on the Company's website at http://vpcspecialtylending.com. The AGM will be held at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH at 2 p.m. on 23 June 2023. Shareholders wishing to attend in person should register their interest in attending by emailing the Company Secretary at VPC@linkgroup.co.uk.
The Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 was published on 28 April 2023 and is available on the Company's website.
