VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (the "Company")

Appointment of Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Levy as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Levy is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC ("VPC"), the Company's Investment Manager. Mr. Levy oversees VPC's investment and operational activities. He is also the chairman of VPC's management and investment committees. Mr. Levy serves as chairman of the board of directors of five VPC portfolio companies and is also a member of the board of directors of three VPC portfolio companies.

Previously, Mr. Levy served as head of the Small Cap Structured Products Group and co-head of the Solutions Group at Magnetar Capital. He also co-founded and served as managing partner at Crestview Capital Partners. He received a B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University, an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart School of Business and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Illinois bar (inactive). He is also chairman of the board of non-profit, Gardeneers and an active board member of non-profits, College Bound Opportunities and Camp Kesem.

Andrew Adcock, Chairman of the Company, said:

"I and my fellow independent Directors are delighted that Richard has agreed to accept our invitation to join the Board. We consider that his input as a Board member will be extremely valuable, in particular with respect to the future strategic direction of the Company. In addition, his presence on the Board will help underpin Victory Park Capital's long-term commitment to and support of the Company."

The following information is disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.16.13.

Mr. Levy held the following directorships of publicly quoted companies in the last five years:

· Unigene Laboratories, Inc., ending on 2 July 2013.

Mr. Levy held the following directorships of companies at the time of, or within the twelve months preceding an arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its creditors:

· Unigene Laboratories, Inc., ending on 2 July 2013; and

· VPR Corp., ending on 29 March 2013.

There are no further details or disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Mr. Levy.

The Board has determined that Mr. Levy will not be considered to be independent and will not be a member of any of the existing Board committees.

Mr. Levy is the beneficial owner of 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

In total, Partners and Principals of the Investment Manager are the beneficial owners of 1,385,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
