Trading Update

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, is pleased to provide the following trading update as it enters its close period.

The Group has maintained its positive start to the financial year with good progress made in the majority of its markets.

The UK division has enjoyed healthy trading within the construction and housebuilding sectors, supported by solid demand from the infrastructure markets, and is delivering good year on year growth.

Within the International division, TR Group which we acquired in April 2016, is integrating well within the overall Group and trading in line with our expectations. The oil and gas sector remains challenging.

Overall Vp is trading well and we continue to anticipate making further good progress in the year.

Capital Markets Day

Vp plc is hosting an investor presentation today at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN. There will be no new material information included in the presentation.

Notice of Interim Results

The Group confirms that it will announce its Interim Results for the six months ending 30 September 2016 on Tuesday 29 November 2016. An analyst briefing given by Jeremy Pilkington (Chairman), Neil Stothard (Chief Executive) and Allison Bainbridge (Group Finance Director), will be held at 09.30am on Tuesday 29 November 2016, at the offices of Buchanan.
