Vp PLC20 July 2005 Vp plc20 July 2005 Vp plc ('the Company') The Remuneration Committee approved on 19th July 2005 the granting by theCompany of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to eachof the following directors : J F G Pilkington - 130,000 notional shares, N AStothard - 130,000 shares and M J Holt - 66,000 shares.
