The Remuneration Committee approved on 10 July 2009 the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors: JFG Pilkington - 420,000 notional shares, NA Stothard - 300,000 shares and MJ Holt - 205,000 shares.

The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2012.
