Board changes

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces a number of Board changes:

Allison Bainbridge, Group Finance Director will retire and step down from the Board on 31 December 2022. Allison will be succeeded by Anna Bielby who will join the Vp plc Board as Chief Financial Officer on 1 January 2023. Allison will remain in the business to support with the transition until 31 January 2023.

Anna qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC where she was a director in its Audit and Consulting teams. Her other roles include CFO of KCOM Group PLC and most recently Interim CFO at Lookers plc.

We also announce that Stephen Rogers, who has been a non-executive since October 2008, will be retiring from the Board on 31 December 2022.

We are pleased to announce the appointment from 1 January 2023 of two new non-executive directors, Stuart Watson and Mark Bottomley.

Stuart, who will also be Chair of the Audit Committee, is an experienced non-executive director and former senior EY Partner who was most recently a non-executive director and Audit Committee chair at Clipper Logistics plc.

Mark is the Chief Financial Officer at Cranswick plc where he has been a main Board member since 2009.

There are no further details required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to these appointments.
