Result of AGM
The Board of VOG is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the Company held this morning, all of the resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting sent to shareholders dated 5 November 2010 were duly passed.
Accordingly, admission of the 183,708,612 ordinary shares, placed through Fox-Davies Capital Limited, to trading on AIM will become effective and dealings will commence tomorrow, 1 December 2010.
