Victoria Oil & Gas PLC20 December 2006 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc 20 December 2006 Announcement of Previous Additional Listing Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("Victoria" or "the Company") the AIM-quoted oil and gascompany focused in the Former Soviet Union today announces that on 25 August,2004 it allotted 310,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company toadvisors in lieu of cash payment. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued OrdinaryShares in the Company. The total issued share capital of Victoria remains at115,651,160 shares.
