Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("VOG" or "the Company"), the emerging African energy utility company, today announces that it was notified on 14 March 2014, that Mr. Austen Titford, Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,200,000 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.13 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Titford has a beneficial interest in 2,007,692 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
