Following the announcement yesterday by Unilever PLC, and in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R, Vodafone Group Plc notes that Jean-François van Boxmeer, Chairman, has been appointed as chair designate of Unilever's ice cream business which is expected to demerge through listing of the business in Amsterdam, London and New York in due course.
