VinaLand LimitedDirector ShareholdingVinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 23 November 2012, Mr. Charles Isaac, a Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD$0.43 per ordinary share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Isaac has a direct interest of 169,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.03 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
