VinaLand LimitedDirector ShareholdingVinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 31 December 2012, Mr. Charles Isaac, a Director of the Company, purchased 55,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD0.385 per ordinary share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Isaac has a direct interest of 224,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.05 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
