Share buyback

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ('VNI', the 'Company') announces that on 21 November 2012, pursuant to the share buyback authority granted to the Company's Board of Directors on 27 July 2012, Scepter Asia Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, purchased 1,900,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of USD0.29 per share. 

Following this transaction, VNI has spent USD3.0 million overall repurchasing 9,155,700 shares which are held as treasury shares. The total number of shares acquired represents 2.28 percent of the Company's 402,100,000 Ordinary Shares in issue and as a result, total voting rights in the Company have been reduced to 392,944,300.
