Annual General Meeting (AGM) detailed results and retirement of director
As announced on 24 November 2015, shareholders of Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ('VNI' or the 'Company') have supported the unanimous recommendations by members of the Board regarding all three resolutions which were put to a vote at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Monday, 24 November 2015 in London, United Kingdom.
In addition, Mr Ekkehard Goetting's scheduled term as a non-executive director ended. Having served on VNI's board of directors for eight years, Mr Goetting decided not stand for re-election. The total number of directors is now four.
The table below provides the detailed voting results for each separate resolution.
