Share Buy Back and Cancellation

Correction to the announcement made at 15:52 (RNS number: 7541X) on 19/2/2025:

This correction updates the shares in issuance to 23,740,139. The full corrected announcement is as per below. All other information was correct.

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 17 February 2025, it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 384.5pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under VNH's share repurchase programme are to be cancelled upon repurchase. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased and cancelled 50,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, VNH has 23,740,139 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and no shares held as Treasury Shares.
