Transfer of Shares

The Company announces that on 16 June 2010, Mark Foster, Finance Director, transferred 65,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each to his wife for tax planning purposes. The transfer was done for no consideration. 

Following this transaction Mark Foster's voting interest in the Company is unchanged and he retains voting interests in 75,000 ordinary shares representing 0.27% of the total share capital with voting rights.
