Total Voting Rights - REPLACEMENT
This is a replacement of announcement 0110N, which was released at 14.03 on 2 September 2013 in error.
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and the European Transparency Directive, Volex plc confirms that at the date of this announcement it has an issued share capital of 62,920,245 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").
Volex plc holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Volex plc shares with voting rights is 62,920,245.
The above figure of 62,920,245 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Volex plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
