Volex Group plc ("Volex" or the "Company")
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")
The Board of Volex is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution proposed at the EGM, held earlier today, to approve the disposal of the Company's Wiring Harness Division to Volex Wiring Systems Limited, followed by the disposal of the whole of the issued share capital of Volex Wiring Systems Limited to Ionix Holdings Limited, was duly passed.
Two copies of the ordinary resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
