Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on 15 March 2022 that Mrs Sharon Molloy, wife of John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer and PDMR, purchased 95,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 March 2022, at a weighted average price of 261.98 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, the combined beneficial holding of John Molloy and his wife is 2,295,700 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 1.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
