Volex plc (AIM:VLX) was notified on Friday 7 August 2020 that Mrs Sharon Molloy, wife of John Molloy Chief Operating Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 August 2020, at an average price of 145 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, the combined beneficial holding of John Molloy and his wife is 1,311,589 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 0.86% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
