Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc, a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, today announces that on Wednesday 9 January, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 88.9 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 523,063 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.35% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
