Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that it has been informed that John Wilson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 January 2025, at a price of 272 pence per share. Following this purchase, he will hold 10,000 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 0.01% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
