Volex plc announces that between Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 March 2020, John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 126,921 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company at an average price of 109 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Molloy holds 1,041,390 ordinary shares, representing 0.69% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
