Director PDMR Shareholding

Volex plc (the "Company") announces that on 4 June 2013, Christoph Eisenhardt, who has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of 1 July 2013, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of the Company, par value £0.25 ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of £1.041 per share. Mr. Eisenhardt notified the Company of this trade on 6 June 2013.

With this his first purchase, Mr. Eisenhardt holds a total of 25,000 Ordinary Shares, or 0.04% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
