The Company announces today that on 7 September, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman was issued 352,941 Ordinary Shares in the Company in respect of a deferred management bonus award.
The Company also announces that on 7 September, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, was issued and 117,647 Ordinary Shares in respect of a deferred management bonus award.
