Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that on Friday 12 January 2024, NR Holdings Ltd (of which Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, is a beneficiary) received 188,369 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the scrip dividend issued on Friday 12 January 2024 (the "scrip"). The reference price for the scrip was 307.3p pence per share, as announced on 7 December 2023.
Following this transaction, Nat Rothschild1 is interested in 45,859,426 Ordinary Shares (save for unvested or unexercised awards), representing 25.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
