Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc, the global supplier of complex assemblies for performance-critical applications and power products, announces that it was notified today that on 9 October 2019 NR Holdings Ltd purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 86.825 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 36,276,078 ordinary shares in total, representing 24.21% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
