Director declaration
Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, has entered into an agreement to be appointed to the Board of Directors of Tennor Holding B.V., a global investment holding company as Chairman. His appointment is expected to be finalised in the coming months.
Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of Volex, said:
"As I outlined at our FY24 results on 26 June, I am incredibly excited at the outlook for our business and remain completely committed to leading Volex forward as we work to deliver on our ambitious five-year plan and build on the strong momentum we have generated in recent years."
