Volex Group PLC15 June 2007 Regulatory Announcement Volex Group plc 15 June 2007 Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 187,782 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to theOfficial List, ranking pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany. The shares will be issued at a price of 73.5 pence per share to West Register(Investments) Limited, a subsidiary company of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc(together "the Bank") in respect of the exercise of warrants issued by theCompany to the Bank on 14 June 2002.
