Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that Carl Dempsey, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51.4999 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Dempsey is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
