Director/PDMR Shareholding
Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that, Chief Executive Officer, Jerry Randall and his wife, Anne Randall, each transferred 20,400 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into their respective ISA accounts. These transfers were facilitated by way of a sale and repurchase at a price of 65.65 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 May 2020.
Following these transactions Jerry Randall's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 3,769,729 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
