Volvere PLC18 December 2006 18 December 2006 Volvere plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following in relation to its issued sharecapital. As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capitalcomprises the following: (i) 5,477,328 ordinary shares with a nominal value of£0.0000001 each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. These shares have beenadmitted to AIM; (ii) 49,735 A Shares with a nominal value of £0.49999995 each. These have not been admitted to AIM and do not hold voting rights; (iii) 49,735 B Shares with a nominal value of £0.49999995 each. Thesehave not been admitted to AIM and do not hold voting rights; and (iv) 26,499,985,533 Deferred Shares with a nominal value of£0.00000001 each. These have not been admitted to AIM and do not hold votingrights. Accordingly, the total number of shares with voting rights is 5,477,328. The above figure of 5,477,328 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in theCompany as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine ifthey are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in,the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
