Volvere plc ("Volvere" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 19 October 2009 it issued and allotted 4,250 ordinary shares of £0.0000001 each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company pursuant to the Company's EMI option scheme.
Application has been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 23 October 2009.
The enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company now consists of 5,708,720 Ordinary Shares of £0.0000001 each. The Company also has in issue 49,735 A shares of £0.49999995 each and 49,735 B shares of £0.49999995 each, neither of which is admitted to trading on AIM.
