Volvere plc (AIM:VLE) the turnaround investment company, today announces that Richard Kalms has informed the Company of his intention to retire from the Board on 31 March 2010 for personal reasons.
Commenting on his decision to retire from the Board, Jonathan Lander, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: "Richard has been a director of Volvere for more than seven years, since our Admission to AIM in 2002. I wish to thank him on behalf of the Board, our employees and shareholders for his contribution to the Company during this period and offer him our best wishes for the future."
