Update on suspension and report and accounts publication

The Company announces that it will be unable to publish its report and accounts for the fifteen months ended 31 March 2012 within the six months required under the AIM Rules for Companies. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM was suspended on 13 August 2012 in view of the Company's weak working capital position. Trading will remain suspended until publication of the report and accounts and clarification of the Company's financial position.
