Vela Technologies Plc ("Vela" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights 30 September 2013 In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 30September 2013, the issued share capital of Vela with voting rights attachedconsisted of 141,012,641 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with one vote perordinary share. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in Vela is therefore 141,012,641, whichfigure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations)as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whetherthey are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, inVela under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
