Deal Group Media PLC07 March 2005 7 March 2005 Deal Group Media plc Issue of equity Deal Group Media plc announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchangefor admission to trading on AIM of 966,041 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with theexisting shares in issue, and it is expected that admission will becomeeffective on 10 March 2005.
