Board Appointment

Asia Digital Holdings plc (AIM: ADH.L), an independent online marketing group, is pleased to announce that Ms Tina Jane Beattie ("Tina") has joined the Board of the Group as a Non Executive Director, with immediate effect.

During her varied and successful career to date, Tina (aged 51), a Bachelor of Economics awarded by the University of Tasmania, has held a range of strategic management roles which have enabled her to deliver multipart procedures, particularly in volatile markets across cultures and geographic boundaries. Prior to her management roles, she was an economist specialising in econometrics and strategy. Tina has previously held the position of Global Head of Research at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where she was responsible for re-designing and implementing the product, structure, intellectual property and technology to deliver new global and local client product across 44 countries, whilst substantially reducing costs and overheads. Tina has also headed up a team of 450 analysts whilst a Director of Research Management of the European, Middle Eastern and South African offices of Merrill Lynch.

Tina has gained much experience in the financial services and treasury arenas in Australia and has majored in Econometrics, Operations Research and Pure Mathematics.
