Velti PLC16 May 2007 Velti Plc Issue of Deferred Shares Velti plc, a provider of software platforms, applications and services formobile network operators, media and retailer brands in Greece and the Balkanregion, announced today that arrangements were completed on 30 April 2007, forthe granting of deferred shares (Ordinary 5p shares) to certain directorspursuant to the Velti plc Share Incentive Plan, adopted on 26 April 2006, andtheir respective Deferred Shares Award Agreements.
