Velti PLC09 November 2006 Velti: Plc : Issue of Deferred Shares Velti plc, a provider of software platforms, applications and services formobile network operators, media and retailer brands in Greece and the Balkanregion, announced today that arrangements have been completed for the grantingof deferred shares to employees and certain directors pursuant to the Velti plcShare Incentive Plan, adopted on 26 April 2006, and their respective DeferredShares Award Agreements.
