Velti PLC15 April 2008 Velti plc Issue of Deferred Shares 15 April 2008 -- Velti plc, a leading international provider of mobile marketingtechnology for network operators, advertising agencies and media groups,announced today that on 14 March 2008, the remuneration committee approved thefollowing grants of deferred shares to certain directors. The grants arepursuant to the Velti plc Share Incentive Plan, adopted on 26 April 2006, andtheir respective Deferred Shares Award Agreements.
